• You can request a quote by filling out the contact form on our website or reaching out to us through our contact information. Provide details about your project, and I’ll get back to you with a customized quote.

• My design process involves understanding your requirements, conceptualizing ideas, creating drafts for feedback, refining based on your input, and finalizing the design. I ensure collaboration and communication at every step.

• Yes, you can view our portfolio on the website, which showcases a variety of our past projects across graphic design, video editing, and digital design.

5. What is the typical turnaround time for a project?

• The turnaround time depends on the complexity and scope of the project. I’ll provide you with an estimated timeline during the initial consultation, and I strive to meet agreed-upon deadlines.

6. How do you ensure the confidentiality of client information?

• I take client confidentiality seriously. Our team signs non-disclosure agreements, and I have strict internal policies in place to safeguard your information. Your project details are kept secure and confidential.

7. Do you offer revisions for designs?

• Yes, I offer a certain number of revisions based on the project scope. I value client feedback and work collaboratively to ensure the final design meets your expectations.

8. What software/tools do you use for graphic design and video editing?

• I utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and video editing. Our team stays updated with the latest tools to deliver high-quality results.

9. How do you handle payments?

• I discuss payment terms during the initial consultation. Typically, a percentage is required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. I accept various payment methods for your convenience.

10. Do you provide ongoing support after the project is completed?

• Yes, I offer post-project support and assistance. If you have any questions or need further adjustments, I’m  here to help even after the project is finalized.

11. How do you summit information or content for your website?

• All text based content for your website need to be emailed to me in a pdf document format and label what page you want it on at sorrelldigitalmedia@gmail.com. Video content need to be emailed to me in wmv at sorrelldigitalmedial.com. If not and I need screen record or edit a photo because I had take it off of your facebook, IG or any other social media there will be an extra fee per photo or video.

12. What do I need to complete my website?

• You need to have your domain name chosen, images for your website and if the images are for products you’ll need the product description and price. That information should be properly organized in their category and emailed to me. Any video should have the YouTube link or  MP4 video file emailed.

13. How are clients kept up to date on their website?

• Clients can schedule a weekly review that can last up to 20 mins. The client should be on time, if more than 25 mins late the client will need to reschedule for a later date.

14. Do I have to pay hosting?

• Yes! Everyone pays a low $10 a month hosting fee, for server space that can be auto debited. 

15. When can clients contact me?

• Monday through Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-12pm and closed on weeks so I focused on completing my clients projects. 

16. Do you offer refunds on projects?

• No! I start projects when I receive pay, and I only take some many clients a time. So, when I agree to take your project I might not take on other clients, so out of respect of my time and potential missed opportunity refunds will not be issued.
